GBH Bioscience will make its debut at Fi Asia Indonesia 2024.

Food ingredients Asia Indonesia is one of the exhibition series of Food ingredients. It’s Indonesia’s largest food and beverage ingredients event, that assembles suppliers, distributors, traders, manufacturers from Southeast Asia even worldwide. It’s also a grand occasion for suppliers hunting new opportunities and networking business partners.

According to Mintel GNPD database, compared to Q1 2024, the number of new desserts and ice creams containing gellan gum, xanthan gum and konjac powder increased by approximately 50% in Q2, while the number of new juice beverages grew by 25%. Dairy products saw an increase of over 100%, with plant-based beverages surging by more than 200%.
